\"lgs-picture-01\"Laymert Garcia dos Santos<\/strong>\u00a0is a professor at the Department of Sociology at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). He was advisor for Ministry of Culture at the National Council for Cultural Policy (CNPC), and he was also Director of the Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Bienal de S\u00e3o Paulo. Laymert has expertise on Sociology of Technology and Contemporary Art, especially on issues such as biotechnology, film, ICTs, traditional people and Brazilian politics.<\/p>\n
